By accessing thethreadvale.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
6.1 Who we are
The store at thethreadvale.com is operated by Rosewood Trading Ltd., a corporation incorporated in Saskatchewan, Canada.
6.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
6.3 Products, pricing and availability
- Prices are shown in [CAD] or in your local currency where we offer one. Where UK VAT or EU VAT applies at checkout under section 2.5, it is included in the price shown.
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but your screen may render colours differently, and slight variations in finished garments are normal.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
6.4 Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred.
6.5 Sizing
Our products are manufactured to sizing standards that may differ from those in your country. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
6.6 Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Threadvale name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
6.7 Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site to break any law, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or infringe anyone's rights.
6.8 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and we supply goods for domestic and private use only.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory rights in relation to goods. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
6.9 Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6.10 Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact Support@thethreadvale.com first — we aim to resolve complaints within [14] days.
EU customers: you may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, and alternative dispute resolution schemes available in your member state.
6.11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you habitually reside. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you retain the protection of your local consumer law and may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
6.12 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
